Wonderfully written, it’s often difficult to explain anxiety to ones that do not suffer from it. I personally had to learn through trial and error, from endless futile therapy to several medications.
I’ve come a long way now, and discovered that the only path to recovering would come from within — hence I focused on my work (whilst I realise it is a form a escapism) it’s helped me get back on track and allows no time for mental noise.
