Full discloser, I’m not exactly happy today — actually I’m pretty angry.

Angry because I felt that this time around, nearing the end of 2018; there would be a chance, that there would be justice.

I’m angry because the case against Harvey Weinstein seems to be crumbling, and it feels as though he might not be serving time behind bars for his horrific crimes.

I’m angry because after all the noise, he might just walk free.

Will it be the same for him? I don’t know.

Is it fair to the many victims? No.

The only silver lining, I guess I can see now — is that maybe, just maybe;

The upcoming documentary covering the issue of Predatory Behaviour within Hollywood and within circles of power, The Reckoning may bring some poetic justice.

I’m angry because I had to listen to Sarah Silverman justify Louis C.K.’s behaviour as though it was a walk in the park, just another day at the office.

I’m angry because we keep talking about how Louis “has paid for his sins” or “was punished too hard”; I’m not convinced.
