Witnesses of victims,
Yearning to find their voices.

Too afraid to criticise,
The malignant culture of deception.

Society has bred us to a point,
Of singular perception.

Guiding a victim blaming mechanism,
A pretty-hate war machine.

Choices must be made,
Voices must be heard.

Clarity must be found,
If progress is to be made.

Creatures of desire,
Pursuing their demeaning pleasures.

At the expense of,
Destructive measures.

Precautionary tales of survivors,
Leading us into a mental defeat.

Failing to understand,
The shrewdest of horrors.

Petulant dismissiveness,
Mustn’t be the price we pay.

For the sheer ignorance,
Of moral decay.

Let us not be,
Led into despair.

Blinded by our failure,
To see clearly.

The deceit from our arrogance,
Will be the end of chivalry.

I failed to learn the piano, so I decided I’d play the keyboard instead. //All aboard the Crazytrain.
