Dear Ms. Sarah Yun,

You write, “I’m not sure which global context you’re talking about..”; had you read the article before rushing to judgement and hoping to discourage another individual’s opinion, I would’ve respected your opinion. The article is a personal experience, I have a right to express it; as much as you have a right to “assume” that I’m misguided and that I should read more before writing thought pieces. Who are you? What qualifies your opinion more than mine? What gives you the right to assume that the article MUST be about White People in America. Do you even know what my colour of skin is? Do you ever dive in deeper and try to understand, or do you just type without putting an ounce of intellect into it. Do you consider your ethnic background, and the racism that individuals experience in Asia; other minorities?

Ms. Yun, I reject your hypothesis. You have nothing of value to offer except to judge and reject anybody and anything that does not fit your world view.

Move on.

Kind Regards.

I failed to learn the piano, so I decided I’d play the keyboard instead. //All aboard the Crazytrain.
